How We Got Started
Our real estate journey started after buying our first property 🏡. After facing all kinds of challenges, we decided to sell on our own to save money, and we quickly realized selling a home isn’t easy. That’s when we saw the opportunity to create a business offering a simpler, more straightforward solution – and House Favor was born. 🔑
What We Love!
We have a passion for music and songwriting 🎶, enjoying premium artisan coffee ☕, and experiencing new things – all things we fell in love with when we traveled internationally. We also love to travel 🌴, whether it’s to the beach, the mountains, or anywhere in between. But most of all, we love spending time with our little ones – they’re the highlight of our days! 👶💕
What really drives us, though, is the ability to help people and bring peace, especially during stressful times.

A Little More About Us
Kyle O.
Kyle grew up in Chicago and was that kid—competing in the Math Olympics for fun. (Yes, he’s a bit of a nerd, but the fun kind.) He graduated from Wheaton College and spent years crunching numbers in Accounting before trading spreadsheets for a suitcase, traveling the world with an international ministry.
These days, when he’s not helping sellers solve real estate problems, he’s tackling the CPA exam with a vision to support nonprofits and everyday people chasing their dreams. Also, he roasts his own coffee—because after spending many nights on a friend’s Kona coffee farm in Hawaii, he was forever ruined for anything less than the best. Everything else just tastes… meh.
Savannah O.
Savannah grew up on the Jersey Shore, but these days, you’re more likely to find her helping sellers, singing on stage, or writing songs with an ocean or mountain view. She’s a singer, songwriter, and soon-to-be published author of a fiction novel. She also has a knack for gathering people and loves putting on events that bring communities together.
These days, when she’s not guiding sellers through tough situations or running a mom’s group for local moms and littles, she’s chasing around her two girls, Kelsey and Rachel. She’s also a big fan of afternoon cappuccinos (especially when Kyle makes them), the beach, the mountains, and making life an adventure. And, if you ask Kyle, she’s possibly the coolest person you’ve ever met—definitely the highlight of their family.
